We are striving to be Titus 2 Women because God’s Word tells us in Titus 2:3-5 that:
“Older women likewise are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers or slaves to much wine. They are to teach what is good, and so train the young women to love their husbands and children, to be self-controlled, pure, working at home, kind, and submissive to their own husbands, that the word of God may not be reviled.”
This means that each generation is to be teaching the other generation, so that God’s Word is not maligned. This creates a cirlce of teachers and students. Each woman is both- sometimes a teacher sometimes a student. We hold God’s Word as the ultimate authority and God as the ultimate standard in all things. Our ultimate God is the Lord’s glory and edification of the body.
